This drink was disappointing problem was it didnt taste like honey at all had a distinct taste of cloves.

Despite what StonedWookie seems to think, Medos is actually quite good. Don't expect it to taste exactly like honey--it doesn't--but then neither does mead. It has a bold flavor, and as Wookie said carries notes of clove and spices. Excellent at room temperature or slightly warmed. Recommended!
