Plain and simple...it's the water. Exotic as Lake Baikal under a full moon. I traveled from Moscow to Ulan Ude by trans Siberian and found Baikal vodka to be smooth as silk and when properly chilled the bubbles push their way to the top after shaking the bottle. Color was clear but not crystal. Good stuff!
