Almost too smooth. Like drinking distilled water. Clean, almost too clean. No harshness in your throat. It just goes down and you want more. Would appeal to those who want a pillow soft libation.

Absolutely the best I have ever had. I have introduced it to friends who are Bourbon lovers and drink small batch at $35-$125 a bottle and they all love Jewel Ultra. It's incredibly smooth and lays on the pallet letting you taste the different flavors.
