Very smooth. I was impressed. I was a Goose fan; wanted to try something different for my party. It went very fast, so I didn't get a chance to enjoy it straight/neat. Mixed well with my cranberry juice. Deeee-lish! Will try this again without the mixer. Maybe then I will give it a 5.
